Our promise

Two rules we will not bend: we don't sell your project, and nobody pays to rank.

1. We never sell your project to a crowd of contractors

Many lead sites sell one homeowner's request to several contractors at once. We don't, and won't.
Today this site collects no project requests at all. Our project brief builder runs in your browser and sends nothing.
If we ever add a way to send a project, you choose exactly which contractor(s) see it, one by one. No auto-matching, no reselling, no sharing your contact details with anyone you did not pick.
We will update this page and the privacy page before any change like that goes live.

No one can pay to move up. There are no paid placements or "featured" spots in the directory.
How listings are ordered today: by trade, then in the order we found them on public sources. That's it.
No reviews or star ratings until we have a way to confirm a review came from a real job. No fake reviews, ever.
Claiming a listing is free and does not change its position (claim or join).
Our own company follows the same rules. ZLM (the owner of this site) is a contractor. Anywhere ZLM appears it carries an Owner label, is ordered by the same rules as everyone else, and gets no extra placement.
